Opportunities – Trainers, Coaches, Professional

Speakers

We hold interviews for new Trainers, Professional Speakers and Coaches – In the
last week of January, April, July and October of each year. Each CV submitted must be
received at least 6 weeks prior to the interview week. Any interviews received less
than 6-weeks to this date will (if suitable) be included in the round of interviews for the
following Quarter. Successful applicants will then be invited to an interview at least 2
weeks prior to the above dates.

Uncommon (UK) Ltd receives enquiries from applicants on a regular basis; we only
choose the best. The following criteria may help you decide if you are a suitable
candidate:

1) Must have several years of high quality training delivery experience
2) Must be able to provide a 5 minute video of yourself presenting on a topic of

your choice
3) Multi-sector experience is preferred
4) Multi-company experience is preferred
5) Must be able to deliver some of Uncommon (UK) Ltd’s existing public courses
6) Be able to work with small groups with different individual needs
7) Be prepared to sit on Uncommon (UK) Ltd courses as a delegate
Be prepared to attend sales meetings
9) Must have a delivery style that it is highly interactive and participative
10) Be prepared to help develop courses to clients exact needs
11) Must be prepared to deliver 1 hour of training at the final interview

Uncommon (UK) Ltd are interested in Trainers from around the world to meet
the demands of our growing global audience whose needs me meet via our Virtual
Classrooms.
