HOW TO BOOK
Bookings can be made by website or telephone or email. Simply complete the booking form and
send it with your cheque or bank transfer details quoting the course and dates you wish to attend,
and the course fee.JOINING INSTRUCTIONS
You will be sent joining instructions 7 days prior to the course commencement which will contain
details of the location, start times and all other relevant course details. If you’ve registered online,
you will automatically be sent an e-ticket as part of the registration process.CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation and Transfers
Cancellation 30 days or more prior to the commencement of the course – an administration
charge of 10% of total course costs will be charged and the final balance refunded.Cancellation within 30 days up to and including 7 days prior to the course – an
administration charge of 40% of total course costs will be charged and the final balance
refunded.Cancellation up to 7 days prior to commencement of the course – no refund will be given
Withdrawal from a commenced training program – no refund will be given.
If a participant is unable to attend a course due to illness, accident or bereavement, a refund
minus a 20% charge will be made only when an alternative course cannot be offered by
Uncommon (UK) Ltd.If a participant fails to attend a course all fees are forfeited.
Cancellations can be notified via email and MUST be followed in writing to Uncommon (UK)
Ltd.Upon cancellation you must also return or reimburse Uncommon (UK) Ltd to the full price
of any bonuses and course materials received with the purchase of the course/product or
membership.Any payments made via PayPal when cancelled will incur a £15 administration fee.
All deposits are non-refundable
Cancellation by Uncommon (UK) Ltd
Uncommon (UK) Ltd reserves the right to cancel courses at any-time. Uncommon (UK) Ltd
will endeavour to arrange an alternative course within 12 months of the date of cancellation
but will not be under any liability for its failure to do so. This will not incur any additional
charges to the applicant. Where an alternative course cannot be arranged by Uncommon(UK) Ltd a refund will be made payable. (This excludes NLP Practitioner Training, Master
Practitioner and longer Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy courses).NLP Practitioner Training – where an alternative course cannot be arranged participants will
receive a total refund less the cost of materials sent.FEES
The fees for the course include all necessary materials and tuition. All credit card or
debit card fees are charged at 5%Where a payment plan is agreed with a participant, any certificates, or accreditations
will not be awarded until the fees have been paid in full.In the event of a missed payment, all outstanding course/product payments
are immediately due. In the event of a missed payment for a membership, your
membership will be immediately suspended and placed on hold.PARTICIPANT’S AGREEMENT AND RELEASE
By enrolling on this course, purchasing products or memberships, I hereby agree
to use all information contained and presented only for the purposes of either
self-improvement or to achieve a positive outcome when working with others. I
recognise that the power of these techniques require care, integrity, and respect for
the highest intention of all individuals including myself.I confirm that I enter this training of my own free will and will accept complete
responsibility for my own wellbeing at all times. I further acknowledge that I am a
healthy individual and that I am physically and psychologically fit to fully participate
in this training and that I know of no reason, nor have I been informed by my
physician, psychiatrist or psychologist (who I have previously informed of my
intention to participate in this training) of any reason, why my participation would
do me harm of any nature.If this does not accurately reflect my situation, I agree that I will notify a
representative of Uncommon (UK) Ltd prior to participating in the workshop. I
agree to release and hold harmless Uncommon (UK) Ltd, its agents, representatives
and employees from all liability to which they may at any time be subject to by me
(except for gross negligence) resulting from the training and/or any portion of the
training in which I voluntarily participate and from any negligent acts or omissions
and from all actions, proceedings, costs, damages, claims, and demands, relating
thereto.I further agree that I will at any time or times in the future as and when called upon
by Uncommon (UK) Ltd so to do, enter into and execute (each as a Deed) such
further release or releases and in such forms as Uncommon (UK) Ltd may require.
