you’re after. Our trainers are evaluated by their delegates at the end of every session and
their performance is continually monitored to ensure consistent quality.

Course guarantee

Our commitment to quality is reflected in the unique guarantee that applies to all our
training. If you’re not totally satisfied with any course we run for you we’ll offer you a
replacement free of charge or, if you prefer, offer you a full no-quibble refund.

Free refresher courses

All delegates on our open courses are able to re-attend the same course a second time
within a three month period to refresh skills absolutely free of charge. This can help
delegates to embed their new skills and maximise the impact of their learning.

Skills protection guarantee

Where a Skills Licence is taken out we offer a unique insurance against your investment.
Should a delegate leave within six months of training, we will offer the same course to their
replacement entirely free of charge.

What is Your-Choice?

So you’ve tried to get on to one of our training courses, but can’t find a venue or date
that fits your schedule? Well Your-Choice gives you the flexibility to book one of our
courses, on a date of your choice at one of our venues!

1. Choose from any of the 75+ courses that we provide
2. Choose from any of our 25+ UK wide training venues.

You must book for 3 or more delegates and at least 8 weeks in advance, but that’s it,
the course you want where you want it! The reason we ask for a minimum of 8 weeks
notice is to enable us to market the course you have scheduled to other companies and
organisations. However, if we fail to sell any additional places we guarantee to run the
course just for you. If you’d prefer for the course to be scheduled just for you or your
organisation then of course, just let us know.

How much does U-Choose Training cost?

Your-Choice costs £597+VAT per delegate (this rate excludes the middle management
and executive leadership courses). This includes lunch and refreshments throughout
the day and comprehensive training notes. A Your-Choice booking can only be
confirmed once we receive payment which can be made via credit/debit card or BACS.
Payment is due at least 8 weeks before the date you request. Please note to be eligible
for Your-Choice you must book a minimum of 3 delegates on the same course & date.
